What we collect and why

• Location. Only when you press "Use my location" or pick a city. We use it to get the weather. You can always search for a city instead. We store the place name and the weather we showed you, not a location history.
• Your answers. Activity, time outside, how you run hot or cold, and your too cold / just right / too warm feedback. We use them to make and improve your suggestions.
• Email address. Only if you give it to us, or create an account. We use it for the daily outfit email, reminders, and your account. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• Wardrobe items and photos. Only if you add them. Photos are stored privately, only you can see them, and we use them only to show you your own items.
• Usage analytics. We use PostHog to see which steps people use and where they get stuck, and Vercel Web Analytics (no cookies) to count page visits. We do not sell your data.
• Payments. Handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

Who we share data with

Only the services that run Feelcast: Supabase (database, login, file storage), Vercel (hosting, page-visit counts), Cloudflare (security), Open-Meteo (weather — receives coordinates only), Resend (email), Stripe (payments), PostHog (analytics), and optionally an AI provider that rewrites our outfit explanation in friendlier words. The AI provider only sees the outfit and reasons we already decided — never your name, email or location.

Your rights

You can see, download and delete your data. Signed-in users can delete their account and all their data from the Profile page. You can also email us and we will do it for you. There are no public profiles and no public ratings on Feelcast.

Keeping data

We keep your data while your account exists. When you delete your account, we delete your history, wardrobe items, photos and profile. Email subscribers who unsubscribe are no longer emailed.
